E-6B Logistics Management Analyst

This role involves supporting the E-6B Depot Level Maintenance by managing the flow of goods and services to meet customer requirements while ensuring continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Responsibilities

Controlling the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements
Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet marketing and financial objectives
Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, and related functions
Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives
Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position

Required

A High School diploma and a minimum of 6 years of supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics). A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 yrs of supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
Experience in a supply chain role within the Aviation Industry
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail for accurate data and inventory
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to obtain any clearance required by the customer

Preferred

In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and trade regulations
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Military experience
