Responsibilities
Facilitate leadership development programs using practical, experience-based training
Coach leaders before, during, and after training to reinforce learning and drive behavior change
Partner with operations and HR to align training with business needs and workforce challenges
Share best practices and institutional knowledge that support MPW’s mission and values
Adapt training materials based on feedback and evolving organizational priorities
Promote positive employee relations, professionalism, and a strong safety culture
Qualification
Required
A passion for developing people and strengthening leadership skills
Credibility earned through real-world leadership experience
Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Adult Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of leadership experience in a corporate or operational environment
Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing supervisors and managers
Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%
