Responsibilities
Execution Orchestration: Orchestrate the full product delivery lifecycle for cross-functional teams composed of engineers and product managers, driving end-to-end execution across all phases
Delivery & Milestone Management: Establish delivery timelines and proactively manage team performance against key milestones using industry-standard project tracking platforms (e.g., JIRA or similar tools) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Resource & Capacity Planning: Forecast resource needs and manage capacity planning to ensure the team is appropriately staffed and aligned with the strategic product roadmap and business priorities
Communication Hub: Serve as the central communication hub, providing clear, consistent, and timely updates to all stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure alignment for both the core delivery team and executive-level business leadership
Risk Mitigation & Deep Dive: Employ advanced forecasting and risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays and dependencies. Dive deep into technical and operational details to rapidly identify and proactively address risks while keeping the big picture in mind
Process Excellence: Define and standardize processes, leveraging technical fluency to guide teams and establish best practices that foster continuous improvement across the program lifecycle
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven record of managing and delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a high-growth tech environment
Deep background in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and strong technical fluency, enabling effective partnership with engineering teams
Demonstrated experience with 3rd-party partner management/engagement and building strong, productive partnerships
Solid experience defining and tracking project progress using industry-standard tools like JIRA
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a history of effectively collaborating with technical, non-technical, and executive partners
Proven ability to build strategic frameworks, standardize processes, and drive multiple programs to successful completion with a sense of urgency
Adaptable and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Preferred
Food Tech Fluent: Possess a deep, intuitive understanding of food delivery technology, products, and systems
Certified/Tooling Excellence: Committed to best practices, maintaining key program management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.)
Strong familiarity with Financial Technology systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zuora, RevPro, Vertex) or Sales/GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and experience partnering with middleware/integration teams
AI Enthusiast: Eager to leverage the power of AI and explore its potential in program management or the restaurant technology space
