Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on RIA operations experience
Solid portfolio accounting chops (Orion preferred but not necessary; Tamarac/Black Diamond also great)
Advanced Excel and data-management skills
A process-improvement mindset and the ability to diagnose and streamline systems
