In this role, you will support Operational Excellence initiatives by building and streamlining strategy-driven tools and processes, collaborating with team members to modernize reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities
Assist with Operational Excellence projects that support the enterprise strategy and help the team advance key roadmap initiatives
Help gather requirements, understand desired outcomes, and support the development of practical solutions
Contribute to updating and rebuilding Power BI dashboards
Help maintain documentation, workflows, and process initiatives
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, initiative, and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced and busy team environment
Create clear, easy‑to‑understand written summaries, visuals, or presentations that explain project findings and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship
Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship
Undergraduate student in a relevant field
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a customer service orientation
Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being on-site at least 2 days per week
