Responsibilities
Fuel and implement solutions for enterprise-scale deployments
Apply standard methodologies to improve software outcomes while bringing customer needs and feedback back to Splunk for product improvement
Identify and resolve highly complicated organizational challenges
Transition small, one-off tasks into large-scale implementations across thousands of machines
Participate in growth and mentorship opportunities within the team
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with operating systems (particularly Linux)
Supervising systems (including Splunk)
Cloud technologies
Networking
Preferred
Proven experience managing operations at scale
Previous experience in roles such as Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, or DevOps Engineer
Experience working with distributed systems and a passion for identifying edge cases that appear at scale
A self-motivated learner with a steadfast thirst for mastering innovative technologies in an evolving environment
Ability to leverage a variety of backgrounds in business, analytics, and technology
Top Secret Clearance preferred
