Responsibilities

Help transform manufacturing process data into actionable insights that power process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Enhance drug product supply chain planning by designing process flows, coordinating schedules, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that keep operations running smoothly
Support the team in day-to-day operations as needed
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
At the conclusion of the internship, prepare a comprehensive review of the internship experience and present to the organization

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Masters/PhD and/or has completed a minimum of 2 years of undergraduate studies
Minimum GPA 3.0
Returning to academic program at a credentialed institution for at least one semester post-internship
Strong interest in pharmaceutical/biomedical manufacturing/engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Thrive in a fast-paced, diverse work environment
Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, statistical analysis
Competencies : Teamwork & Collaboration, Attention to Detail, Self-Starter, Analytical skills, Problem Solving, Organizational skills, Adaptability, Professionalism, Written and Verbal Communications, Presentation skills
Working Conditions : Position may require periodic evening and weekend work, as necessary to fulfill obligations. This role is based in Xeris' Chicago office and requires five days per week in the office
