This role focuses on optimizing the AMAS P&L, validating operational feasibility, and collaborating on business development while monitoring market dynamics.

Responsibilities

Manage the P&L for Tafamar scenarios: revenue, margin and EBITDA by validating feasibility of all underlying hypotheses, including:
Logistics and warehousing
Product transfers and yield improvements
Raw material cost optimization
Manufacturing footprint reduction or expansion
Ensure all analyses meet Gate 4 level of detail
Coordinate with global functions (Management, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing) to validate financial assumptions and ensure alignment
Collaborate with New Business Development Manager to generate leads and assess their maturity and value for integration into Tafamar scenarios
Cultivate a product development pipeline for existing and new customers across current and emerging markets
Identify and develop to Gate 4 alternate scenarios that deliver additional value through:
Asset rationalization
Product line rationalization
Explore opportunities for expansion and acquisition to strengthen market position
Monitor competitive landscape and downstream market dynamics
Formulate and integrate response strategies into the Tafamar plan to maintain competitive advantage

Required

10+ years of experience in chemical/technical sales or business management, P&L management
BA or BS degree (Sales, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline)
Proven leadership abilities with strong strategic thinking, business acumen, market insight, and a customer-centric mindset
Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to execute effectively in a global context
Results driven
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of organization, including the CEO, COO, the Division President, and the Global OP President
Has strong understanding of customers, industry, and market dynamics
Supports the site HES policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements
Participates in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema Inc. (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety, etc.)
Supports and promotes the reporting of all health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident or injury incidents
