Responsibilities
Lead high-impact client engagements within Financial Services and remain actively involved in delivery
Advise executives on HR and workforce transformation, including operating model design, organization design, and HR technology
Connect people strategy to financial outcomes such as workforce cost transparency, productivity, budgeting inputs, and value realization
Guide clients through AI-enabled transformation, balancing innovation with governance, controls, and adoption
Originate and grow senior-level client relationships within Financial Services
Own revenue targets through new business development and strategic account expansion
Shape and launch market-relevant offerings at the intersection of people strategy, finance, and enterprise transformation
Act as a thought partner to C-suite leaders navigating complex change
Translate talent and workforce decisions into clear business and financial impact
Bring practical insight, executive presence, and strong point of view grounded in experience
Attract, mentor, and develop top consulting talent
Set expectations for quality, collaboration, and accountability across engagements
Contribute to the evolution of the firm’s Business Transformation capabilities and long-term strategy
Demonstrate an established external presence, including active participation in industry-facing activities, such as: Speaking engagements at industry conferences, client forums, or professional events, Panel participation or moderation on relevant business, functional, or industry topics, Professional memberships in recognized industry associations or advisory councils, Regular attendance and/or leadership involvement in executive-level events or forums that support brand building, client development, or thought leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently based in New York with an extensive local network of buyers within Financial Services
9+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on Financial Service, Business and HR Transformation
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven ability to lead sales/business development efforts to support and mature existing client relationships and revenue growth
Proven record of accomplishment and ability to generate new clients and consulting delivery, while developing and maturing new client relationships and opportunities
Passionate about providing guidance and coaching delivery teams
Candidates must demonstrate an established external presence, including active participation in industry-facing activities, such as speaking engagements at industry conferences, client forums, or professional events, panel participation or moderation on relevant business, functional, or industry topics, professional memberships in recognized industry associations or advisory councils, and regular attendance and/or leadership involvement in executive-level events or forums that support brand building, client development, or thought leadership
