Lead daily operations in serial/mass production manufacturing
Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies
Drive cross-functional alignment to achieve output targets
Improve organizational effectiveness by developing scalable processes
Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Operations, or related field
10+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience
5+ years in senior leadership roles
Experience in high-volume or serial/mass production environments
Proven ability to drive operational results through structured execution
Experience in manufacturing or engineering industrial products
Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement experience
Preferred
Experience in metal fabrication environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational issues
Ability to lead change in fast-paced environments
