Responsibilities

Panel Development: Build and manage a pipeline of research participants aligned to our user personas. Define sourcing workflows and partner with Customer Success to get access to customers
Panel Engagement: Keep a research panel engaged and informed by regularly closing the loop and sharing how their input shaped the product
Ongoing Operations: Streamline and manage the systems, workflows, and logistics to allow researchers to focus on execution
Knowledge Management: Maintain a searchable, organized repository that helps teams find and reuse past insights quickly. Structure findings by persona, topic, and product area to enable strategic decision-making
Research Enablement: Help ensure research is seen, understood, and acted on. Package and distribute insights to key stakeholders, support planning and roadmap visibility, and cross-functional collaboration

Required

3–5+ years of experience in research operations, with a track record of standing up programs from scratch
Skilled at recruiting and engaging hard-to-reach B2B users
Proactive, systems-minded, and comfortable scaling scrappy solutions into sustainable practices
Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and brings alignment across research, design, product, and customer-facing teams

Preferred

You have experience in regulated industries (e.g., insurance, healthcare, fintech, legal tech)
You have experience in complex B2B domains where user needs are nuanced
You've contributed to building or scaling a research practice
