Inside Sales Representative
ANDON Specialties is a nationally recognized manufacturer’s representative and distributor of process automation, analytical, and fluid handling solutions. They are currently looking for an experienced customer-driven Inside Sales Representative to build and nurture strong relationships with customers and increase sales volumes through effective management and collaboration with the outside sales team.

Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions
Increase sales volumes through cross-selling and add-on opportunities
Drive quote-to-order conversion through consistent follow-up and opportunity management
Collaborate with the outside sales team to support territory strategies and customer success
Manage multiple quotes, accounts, emails, and phone calls simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ensure an excellent customer experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or technical customer service experience (industrial experience is a plus)
Proven ability to manage complex quotes and prioritize competing deadlines
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Coachable and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Background in petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences, or semiconductor industries preferred
Experience supporting outside sales teams
