This role involves project coordination, ticket management, and hands-on experience with HR systems, contributing to the effectiveness of HRIS operations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate HRIS project activities, including scheduling, reminders, and updates to project plans and timelines
Manage TDX (TeamDynamix) tickets and maintain organization within shared Outlook inboxes
Create and maintain workflow documentation and document system changes for HR requests
Support HRIS operations by shadowing analysts, assisting with testing and validation, and conducting Workday Community research
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship
Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a customer service orientation
Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being on-site at least 2 days per week
Preferred
Previous HR, HRIS, or administrative experience helpful but not required
Interest in HR technology, data, or systems analysis
