Partner Success Associate

Vintner's Daughter is a luxury skincare brand committed to quality and efficacy. They are seeking a motivated Partner Success Associate to support the Stockist team in managing and expanding relationships with high-end retailers globally.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day management and growth of existing retail partners (both strategic and independent), ensuring brand standards across in-store, online, and experiential touchpoints
Handle administrative and operational support for account management, including maintaining CRM records and streamlining efficiencies where possible, scheduling meetings, preparing summaries and next steps, coordinating gratis, connecting with store teams on stock levels, and supporting monthly business report reviews
Assist in developing and executing retailer marketing plans, calendars, and programming in partnership with leadership and internal teams
Support new business development by reviewing inbound inquiries, identifying on-brand outbound partners, and assisting with onboarding and training of new partners
Help coordinate and lead education for stockists, from onboarding through ongoing support
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and partner execution, sharing insights and recommendations
Support affiliate marketing efforts on ShopMy, including creator onboarding, product send-outs, and coordination with the Creative team

Required

4+ years of experience in account management, sales coordination, or partnerships within luxury beauty or premium consumer brands
Action-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills; able to establish and juggle multiple priorities with care and precision
Collaborative communicator with a thoughtful, proactive approach
Ability to think outside the box of standard luxury retail levers to drive meaningful channel growth
Understanding of luxury brand positioning and retail dynamics
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and comfort with Google Suite
Genuine passion for skincare, craftsmanship, and building long-term brand partnerships
Passionate storyteller with the ability to deliver our Not Beauty As Usual approach and story to brand partners in a memorable way
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with stockists and attend events, at times on evenings or weekends
