Qualification
Required
Strong outbound operator: You build pipeline from scratch and run disciplined, data-driven sequences
Deal closer: At least 1+ year of closing experience. Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and driving clear next steps
Systems thinker: You think in sequencing, champion mapping, and leverage points
Pattern recognizer: You naturally spot what's working and share insights that help others improve
Builder mentality: Bias for action, urgency, and ownership—you want to shape outcomes, not just execute
