Responsibilities
Fabricate, troubleshoot, and optimize complex testing systems
Represent the lab in technical discussions and lead testing on new engineering projects
Drive efficiency improvements and cost-effectiveness
Research, source, and training on new lab testing equipment and stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes
Lead and mentor a team of technicians
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Develop and implement advanced testing methodologies
Articulating data from testing and building out reports
Qualification
Required
Expertise in electronic testing and troubleshooting and must be able to build out data from PLC's and sensors
Proven ability to drive innovation and efficiency and experience in continuous improvement initiatives
At least a 2-year degree from a college or tech school in engineering technology or programming
Proven project management skills for orchestrating complex testing projects
Must be able to build testers from scratch (designing, assembling, and making it run)
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred
Must have Python Programming experience (preferred), or PLC programming experience
