The engagement intern will assist in event management, campaign creation, community building, and team collaboration to enhance viewer engagement and strengthen community connections.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing events across the state of Iowa, both online and offline, to promote interaction and strengthen relationships
Grow your knowledge in creating promotional assets that fit within a multi-media campaign including on-air, print and online
Gain insights into audience preferences and engagement strategies, helping to foster connections with Iowans at a deeper level
Work closely with a diverse team of professionals, refining your collaboration, communication and project management skills
Develop effective communication skills for conveying brand messages and maintaining a consistent tone across various channels
Assist with Iowa PBS station tours, learn budget management, data collection and evaluation, and contribute to the development of innovative ideas and creative elements that make Iowa PBS’s engagement strategy memorable and unique
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled students in a degree program at an accredited educational institution
