Responsibilities

Directly manage and coach company-employed (W-2) outside sales representatives, including performance expectations, development planning, and ongoing feedback
Provide strategic guidance, coordination, and performance oversight for independent sales contractors (1099) in assigned territories, focusing on results and alignment with company objectives
Establish clear sales goals, growth targets, and reporting expectations applicable to both employees and contractors
Conduct regular business reviews, pipeline discussions, and opportunity alignment meetings with internal team members and contractor partners
Support skill development and best-practice sharing through training resources, sales tools, and collaborative sessions (without directing contractor work methods)
Personally identify and pursue new dealer opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research
Participate in high-impact dealer meetings where leadership presence supports business growth
Partners with sales representatives and independent contractors on significant opportunities to accelerate dealer acquisition
Support early-stage dealer onboarding through coordination of displays, training resources, and launch readiness
Ensure consistent communication, follow-through, and support across the dealer network
Collaborate with sales representatives and contractor partners to expand revenue within existing accounts
Identify opportunities to strengthen dealer loyalty, showroom presence, and product adoption
Serve as an escalation point for dealer concerns and cross-functional coordination
Review pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue trends across territories
Reinforce CRM usage standards and accurate opportunity reporting
Monitor sales performance metrics and address gaps through coaching, alignment discussions, or resource support
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective order flow, service delivery, and program execution
Identify growth opportunities in underserved or underperforming markets
Share field insights to inform marketing strategies, product positioning, and sales tools
Represent the company at industry events, dealer meetings, and regional sales activities

Required

Resides in Arizona, Oklahoma, Texas, or Washington
Demonstrated success in outside sales and dealer-driven growth

Comfortable traveling frequently across a multi-state region
Highly organized, metrics-driven, and relationship-focused
Able to balance personal selling responsibilities with leadership and oversight duties
