Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and manage the Salesforce platform to ensure peak performance and an exceptional user experience
Lead digital transformation efforts within Sales and Commercial Excellence, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to deploy new Salesforce features that enhance business workflows and improve operational outcomes
Work with Salesforce standard objects—including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Cases, Reports, and Solutions—based on evolving business needs
Manage and monitor Salesforce leads, opportunities, and support tickets, ensuring accurate data and timely issue resolution
Strengthen team collaboration and support project management activities
Oversee day‑to‑day Salesforce administration, including user management, configuration updates, troubleshooting, and documentation
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Engineering to support business requirements and deliver scalable process improvements
Continuously assess and optimize business workflows through Salesforce tools, automation, and reporting
Lead cross‑functional project teams, create project plans, coordinate communication, and manage end‑to‑end deployment of new systems and features
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for Salesforce customizations, integrations, and enhancements
Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, customers, and vendors to drive smooth project execution

Required

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Must have 3 years of experience with the following: Salesforce Admin; Salesforce Development; experience with Salesforce; Sales/ Service/ Cloud experience; B2B Business process; understanding Pricing and Product Mapping; experience with business stakeholder discussion capabilities; ability to drive the project from functional and technical prospective as well as setting up the communication with business stake holders
