Responsibilities

Perform data modeling and data analysis using statistical techniques
Analyze variances reported in order to identify the causes and implications of said variances
Participate in benchmarking efforts that will be used to measure and set goals for improving performance
Establish data accuracy and validity derived from a variety of systems
Develop and lead training programs for new and current users of decision support system

Qualification

Healthcare finance experienceDecision support experienceCPA certificationMicrosoft Office proficiencyRelational database technologyData modelingData analysisBenchmarkingTraining program development

Required

3 Years Finance healthcare experience is required
Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or other business related is required
Strong PC literacy with full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Access

Preferred

1 Year Decision support experience is preferred
CPA - Certified Public Accountant Upon Hire is preferred
Other Clinical Certification Upon Hire is preferred
Prefer experience with relational database technology
Prefer experience with healthcare decision support systems, such as: EPSi, Strata, or Oracle EPBCS
