The Des-Case Material Handling Associate will manage the storage and timely delivery of raw inventory to production lines, ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting production efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage the storage and timely delivery of raw inventory to production lines
Collaborate closely with Receiving, Supply Chain, and Production teams
Ensure precise inventory accuracy across the warehouse and plant
Gain comprehensive knowledge of raw material inventory and the production process
Maintain a safe and clean work area throughout shift
Maintain accurate inventory of all materials and complete daily cycle counts
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control for the effective manufacture of goods
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Be a self-starter capable of working both independently and with a team
Ability to handle inventory for multiple orders and deliver to production in a timely manner
Maintain a safe and clean work area throughout shift
Maintain accurate inventory of all materials and complete daily cycle counts
Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Must be a detail-oriented person
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day and lift up to 40 pounds
Basic computer skills required
A valid driver's license
Excellent driving record
Preferred
Experience with Kanban and other lean principles preferred
Fork Truck experience preferred
