Responsibilities

Maintain CRM
Develop sales reports
Assist in arranging general sales travel (hotels, air travel) as needed
Maintain price lists/price books (electronic and hard copy)
Distribute Plans/Specs/Addendums to manufacturers
Maintain bidding files (electronic/bid book)
Assist with pricing estimates
Prepare proposals for bid projects
Prepare project summaries for order entry
Distribute proposals to bidding contractors
Register sales personnel and assist in arranging travel for trade shows
Maintain inventory of promotional items / giveaways
Assist in planning customer & team events
Mail/email marketing campaigns
Assist with updating company marketing materials
General office support as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with routinely shifting tasks
High degree of attention to detail
Working knowledge of general office equipment

Preferred

Marketing experience will be a plus
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred
Data entry experience preferred
