In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC, and telecommunication site infrastructures while leading a field crew and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities
Lead a Field Crew
Read and understand a customer detail plan
Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner
Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations (OSHA, etc.)
Prepare drawings of field sketches using AutoCAD
Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to telecommunications, commercial, residential, and light industrial applications
Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work
Review peer work product
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred
5 + years of general construction experience preferred; some cell tower industry experience is highly preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results-oriented
Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
Basic computer knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commissioning and Integration experience required
Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers and aerial platform equipment
Ability to lead crews when the foreman is gone
DC/AC electrical skills
Update equipment office records and installation specifications to document accurately 'as built'
Ability to work on ladders, demonstrated manual dexterity
Must be adaptable to changing environments
Must be able to pick up 50 lbs., and be capable of working up to 12 hours
Must be available to work weekends and/or nights, in extreme weather conditions if necessary, and be willing to travel extensively
Must be able to work out of the market or away from home as work demand
Preferred
Experience with AT&T or Verizon Wireless Networks
Mobile Access Certification is a plus
