Administrative Coordinator

Partnership Employment is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Pro Bono Director and legal team. This role is essential for managing relationships with volunteer attorneys and ensuring that pro bono matters are organized and compliant.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate regularly with pro bono and volunteer attorneys
Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, serving as a primary point of contact
Assist with soliciting, onboarding, and orienting new volunteer attorneys
Ensure case files are complete, accurate, and well-organized
Support intake and referral coordination as needed
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple matters
Provide administrative support to the Pro Bono Director and legal team
Work closely with the Domestic team and other legal departments to support case flow

Proven ability to manage multiple administrative priorities simultaneously

Preferred

Paralegal or legal office experience is a plus, but not required
