Customer Service Representative - Call Center
GOTRAX is an electric scooter/bike startup based in Plano, TX. The company is seeking driven individuals for their customer support team to handle client support tickets and provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, troubleshooting product issues, and meeting departmental goals.

Reconciling requests and orders throughout multiple company databases
Hitting goals for key metrics in the customer service department
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Must be 18+
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Must have reliable transportation to and from work every day
Must be legally able to be employed in the United States
Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with all clients, employees, and those from external organizations
Must have call center or phone support experience
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
