Responsibilities
Understand complex business strategies and requirements and translate them into clear data requirements
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights that support decision-making
Develop, lead, and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to implement new offer setups, as well as operational changes and improvements
Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and develop strategies to optimize workflows and operations
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT to understand their operational needs and provide data-driven recommendations
Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of relevant business analysis experience within the IT industry, including tasks such as data analysis, requirement gathering, process improvement, and process automation
Experience leading data analysis and audit projects involving large data sets, utilizing advanced Excel skills including macros, pivots, formulas, and data slicing to identify trends and insights that result in actionable business strategies
Demonstrated ability to analyze data from at least four different sources to identify the root cause of problems, evaluate alternative solutions, and present findings to cross-functional teams, leading to consensus on a strategic path forward
Proven proficiency in process and change management, demonstrated by leading at least two change initiatives that resulted in 100% user adoption and at least a 10% improvement in process efficiency

Effective verbal and written communication skills; bold, assertive, and possessing a strong sense of ownership of assigned tasks
Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
