Responsibilities

Support upcoming projects focused on Capital Equipment Service Quality
Ensure devices function properly for the field service team
Develop service work instructions
Conduct service risk analysis
Oversee design process for field service work (bonus)
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualification

Required

6+ years of medical device industry experience
Able to work onsite in Arden Hills, MN at least 3 days per week
Strong background in hands-on Field Service Engineering
Experience developing service work instructions
Experience with service risk analysis
Some experience in service quality for capital equipment
Capital equipment: electrical equipment (like an ablation or RF generator that support and run portable devices or tools, x-ray machines, etc.) Not disposables. Doesn't mean they need to be an Electrical Engineer
Service quality: make sure equipment works properly and is kept in compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Preferred

experience overseeing design process for field service work
