Administrative Assistant/Marketing coordinator
Freestone Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordinate marketing efforts. The role involves managing schedules for C-Suite members, handling inquiries, and developing community outreach strategies for the hospital and clinics.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support for CEO, CNO and Financial Services Director; handle administrative reception including inquiries, phone calls, coordinating calendar schedules, organization of meetings and other support tasks; provide administrative support to the Medical Staff and Board of Directors’ monthly and called meetings; ‘own’ the C-Suite members’ schedules and time, keeping them efficient, current and on time; manage the C-Suite in a professional manner befitting the medical administrative field
Coordinate marketing, social media and community outreach for the Hospital and Clinics; develop strategies to identify and develop methods for creatively communicating the organization’s products and services to the community utilizing a balance of print, radio and social media platforms; build community relationships that foster FMC’s services to groups and provides opportunities for medical education; work with marketing consultant and CHC marketing VP to manage/maximize opportunities, templates, forms, etc
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Heavy computer skills
Advanced knowledge of routine office procedures and equipment
Significantly organized and detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Confidentiality an absolute must
Preferred
Prior Executive/C-Suite Experience
Prior Marketing Exposure/Experience
Familiarity with social media platforms – especially Facebook
Comfortable working with people in a ‘media' setting
