Responsibilities
Manage complex IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate across IS teams, clinic operations, business departments, and vendors
Lead SCRUM ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in PM processes
Maintain and evolve the IS project portfolio, including roadmaps, dependencies, and prioritization
Support charter development and ensure delivery of high‑quality technical and business outcomes
Provide leadership, mentorship, and influence in technology solution design
Qualification
Required
Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
10+ years in project or portfolio management within fast‑growing IT environments required
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
Experience with IT networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, DR, and healthcare environments
Preferred
PMP or Scrum Master certification
