Responsibilities
Enter invoices and memos
Manage price changes in the Edge
Print tags to keep up to date with current retail pricing
Work with marketing team on projects as needed
Receive and checks in stock and special orders
Tag stock as it is received
Enter data for Meta tags and write Meta titles/descriptions
Work with marketing and graphic design team as needed
Communicate with other store location to identify any transfers, price changes, and return to vendor, as needed
Manage inter-store transfers
Mail out packages for sales team to clients
Participate in store set up and closing procedures
Act as back up on sales floor as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum two years' inventory experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with inventory software and POS systems. Edge experience a plus
Ability to handle fine jewelry with care, accuracy and security awareness
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred
College degree preferred
Experience with social media and marketing a plus
Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and watches a plus
