Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior Consultants and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes

Qualification

BCBA certificationMaster's degree in ABAClinical experienceData analysisCollaboration skills

Required

Active BCBA certification
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
BCBA or BCBA-D (Required)

Preferred

Clinical experience preferred; new BCBAs encouraged to apply
