Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients within the architectural, construction, and design industries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other key decision-makers
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our architectural window and door solutions
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, helping them select the most suitable products for their projects
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals, considering client specifications and project requirements
Collaborate closely with our technical and design teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas through proactive prospecting and sales activities
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote our products
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and reputation for quality and excellence

Required

3+ years of experience selling luxury residential building products
Strong understanding of residential construction processes and timelines
Must come with a “book” of business and strong client relationships
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
Technical aptitude and the ability to learn about and explain complex architectural products
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as needed

Preference given to a candidate with window and door experience
