Entry-Level Sales Development Representative

Envirolyte USA is an early-stage leader in on-site electrochemical activation systems, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to develop new business within breweries, dairies, and food & beverage manufacturing environments. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, emphasizing education, trust-building, and value creation in a consultative field-based position.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new customer relationships through outbound outreach, site visits, and industry networking
Educate prospects on on-site generation of sodium hydroxide for cleaning and hypochlorous acid for sanitizing using ECA technology
Translate technical concepts into operational, safety, and financial benefits
Identify inefficiencies related to chemical handling, storage, freight, safety, and consistency
Navigate buyer skepticism and resistance to process change
Engage operations, quality, safety, and leadership stakeholders during the sales process
Diagnose operational, safety, and cost challenges and position Envirolyte as a process improvement solution
Conduct on-site meetings, walk production floors, and assess sanitation workflows
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with long-term revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams to support pilots, onboarding, and post-sale success
Accurately track sales activity and pipeline in Salesforce
Stay informed on sanitation regulations, food safety standards, and competitive solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, technical, or operational environments
Proven ability to prospect and develop new business
Valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, and reliable vehicle

Preferred

Experience selling industrial equipment, generators, or capital equipment
Exposure to chemical systems, sanitation, water treatment, or ECA technology
Experience selling into food & beverage manufacturing or regulated industries
Familiarity with multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles
