Responsibilities
Augment and support the Government in course development planning, project management, planning timeline for design and development of Cyber formal training courses, lessons, and related courseware material (e.g. a Gantt chart, critical path method, or other agreed upon project management process)
Contractor shall develop curriculum IAW applicable MTTL and TTL requirements as well as audit and edit all developed courseware for accuracy, completeness, flow, balance, and clarity of understanding, IAW 39 IOS SOPs/OIs, and ACC Instructions
Contractor shall assist in the development of Training Systems Requirements Analysis to include Mission/Task Analysis (MTA), Training Requirements Analysis (TRA), Objective Media Analysis (OMA), and Training Systems Basis Analysis (TSBA)
Contractor shall assist in the analysis of all tasks performed in the operation and maintenance of the weapon system; and assist in producing a MTTL for each mission area
Contractor shall analyze Task Analysis Worksheets to ensure training requirements are derived by identifying Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSA) needed to perform each task, and comparing the entry level of learning to the required Bloom's taxonomy level of learning
Contractor shall provide instructional strategies, methods, media analysis, objective analysis media and a syllabus/course map

Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree and completed CCAF ISD Certification
7+ years of experience with Associates Degree and Graduate of AF ISD Course
Familiarity with CSCS AFCYBER Weapon System
Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required
Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to routinely climb / descend stairs
On occasion must be able to lift 30 pounds
Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders
Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions
