Answering incoming calls and assisting with new service requests, cancellations, and account changes
Accepting and processing customer payments
Investigating and resolving billing inquiries
Updating and maintaining customer account information
Collaborating with drivers, dispatch, and other team members to address service issues and customer needs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
