Trust & Safety Enforcement Specialist
LeadStack Inc. is seeking an Enforcement Operations Specialist to join their Safeguards Team. The role involves labeling data for classifier development, implementing enforcement workflows, and reviewing flagged content for potential account abuse violations.

Responsibilities
Label data across policy categories to ensure high levels of precision and recall in our classifiers
Work with the Safeguards Policy Managers to identify policy gaps and novel policy trends
Create regular reports of progress and general trends that will be presented to the broader Safeguards team
Evaluate new products before and after launch to understand harm prevalence
Conduct regular enforcement audits of policy harms and escalate relevant leads to Threat Investigators and Enforcement Analysts
Communicate with external customers on Safeguards topics
Review account abuse leads and action accounts that are in violation of client’s Terms of Service
Qualification
Required
Responsible for labelling data which will be used for classifier development
Implementing enforcement workflows
Engaging in communications with customers on user safety
Reviewing flagged content for possible account abuse violations
Evaluating new models and products for harm
Assigned to the Enforcement Team
Work closely with the Policy Managers, Threat Investigators, Enforcement Analysts, and Machine Learning Engineers
Label data across policy categories to ensure high levels of precision and recall in classifiers
Work with the Safeguards Policy Managers to identify policy gaps and novel policy trends
Create regular reports of progress and general trends
Evaluate new products before and after launch to understand harm prevalence

Escalate relevant leads to Threat Investigators and Enforcement Analysts

Able to quickly learn and utilize complex content policies to make decisions
Able to communicate clearly with teammates about potential gaps in policy or areas for improvement
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times and tight deadlines
Willing to hop into problems and help out at a moments notice - capable of context shifting quickly
