Jr. IOC Operator - 1 year Contract - $20.50 hr - Camden, NJ - NO C2C, Not Remote
Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company is a global staffing organization seeking a Jr. IOC Operator. The primary role involves providing helpdesk support, maintaining application inventory, and collaborating with technology domains to develop solutions while ensuring data privacy and monitoring security systems.
Responsibilities
Maintain application and application interface inventory
Integrate new capabilities into project, product, and program management
Collaborate with technology domains and business functions to develop innovative solutions
Translate business strategy and goals into successful projects
Document problems and resolutions
Provide front-line support via call, chat, or email to employees and contractors
Analyze and evaluate system malfunctions and take corrective action as directed
Escalate malfunctions to Level II or Level III support when necessary
Understand relationships between applications, application architecture, and business processes
Ensure data privacy and governance are considered in every project engagement
Monitor cyber defense systems for anomalous activities
Execute standardized procedures for containment, eradication, and recovery from cyber incidents
Coordinate responses to physical security breaches, emergencies, and unauthorized access incidents
Monitor surveillance systems, control access points, and respond to alarms
Develop and promote solutions that support business requirements and strategies
Ensure uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained
Support leadership in managing customer expectations for project implementation
Provide 24x7 remote support in the Operations Center
Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers
Create tickets in ITSM system and work with customers until resolution, escalating when necessary
Perform basic IT functions including account troubleshooting, software installs, access requests, and hardware troubleshooting
Maintain knowledge database
Escalate deficiencies in technical processes and inform Level II Support
Monitor IT systems including SAP and network infrastructure
Create badges and monitor badge system
Monitor security systems and handle customer threat assessments
Escalate emergency medical situations
Qualification
Required
Helpdesk experience
Ability to maintain application and application interface inventory
Experience integrating new capabilities into project, product, and program management
Collaboration with technology domains and business functions to develop innovative solutions
Ability to translate business strategy and goals into successful projects
Documentation of problems and resolutions
Front-line support via call, chat, or email to employees and contractors

Ability to execute incident response procedures for cyber and physical security events
Experience coordinating responses to emergencies and unauthorized access incidents
Familiarity with monitoring surveillance systems and responding to alarms
Preferred
Associate degree in security or technology field
