Law Practice
Responsibilities
Represent public corporations, privately owned companies, partnerships, high net-worth individuals, and estates in complex civil and criminal disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, as well as state and local tax jurisdictions
Work begins at the earliest stages of a tax audit and continues through all administrative and judicial phases of a dispute
Qualification
Required
0-2 years' experience with a predominant focus on federal and international taxation, including transfer pricing
Energetic and collaborative personality
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Keen interest in tax law
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex team environment
Excellent oral advocacy skills
Excellent legal research skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent writing skills
Federal tax subject matter knowledge and experience
