Territory Manager, Long Term Care -- MO, TN, AR, KY, & So.IL

As the Territory Manager in Arjo’s Long Term Care team, you will be responsible for full account management, converting prospects into customers, and proactively driving consultative sales efforts in the Long-Term-care/Post-Acute segment.

Responsibilities

Create and execute territory-specific sales strategy that is in line with Arjo-Sales goals and targets
Convert prospect facilities into new customers by developing relationships with key decision-makers
Present Arjo’s complete portfolio of patient handling and therapeutic surfaces products and solutions
As the primary point of contact, perform complete account management for existing Arjo customers
Conduct on-site facility assessments and report results to facility leadership and Arjo management
Perform demos and conduct trials of Arjo products on-site
70% overnight travel

Qualification

Sales experienceMedical device salesCustomer Relationship ManagementMicrosoft OfficeSales certificationsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or extensive Sales experience in the Long-Term Care segment
3+ years of substantive B2B, full-cycle Sales experience
Proven sales track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas
Executive-level verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and another database/ERP concepts
Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce.com

Preferred

Medical device and/or capital sales experience in Long-Term-Care/Post-Acute setting strongly preferred
Miller Heiman Strategic Selling and/or other related sales certifications preferred
