As a Growth & Planning Project Manager – Operations, you will lead operational initiatives to support the expansion and efficiency of the EōS Fitness portfolio, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Lead operations focused projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for operational initiatives
Oversee internal project management systems and workflows, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting
Analyze operational outcomes to measure project success, lead post-project reviews, and implement process improvements as needed
Partner with Operations, Sales, Group Fitness, Facilities, Marketing, and Field Leadership to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
Coordinate cross functional meetings, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely progress toward milestones
Serve as a central point of contact for operational project updates, risk identification, and issue resolution
Support the planning and rollout of new operational programs, gym amenities, and process enhancements
Ensure operational teams are equipped with the necessary documentation, training materials, and implementation resources
Monitor project deliverables—including SOPs, test plans, training guides, and operational documentation—to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain strong relationships with vendor partners, strategic affiliates, and external stakeholders to support operational project needs
Manage day-to-day coordination for operational partnerships, promotional calendars, and cross functional initiatives
Assist with planning and execution of internal conferences, operational events, and executive presentations
Support the discovery, planning, and implementation of new brand innovations and operational enhancements
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear deadlines and structured execution
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to teams, partners, and stakeholders
Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges with creativity and composure
Adaptability to shifting priorities while maintaining project momentum
Ability to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and build strong working relationships
Confident decision making aligned with project goals, with the judgment to seek guidance when needed
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, project management, or related field preferred
Experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successful operational project delivery
Proficiency with project management tools; Smartsheet experience is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
Smartsheet experience preferred or other project management tool experience
Microsoft Office suite
AI Experience is plus (Copilot)
Must successfully pass a background check
Ability to work in a gym environment, move throughout club floors, and communicate with employees, members, and vendors
Ability to operate company computer systems, prepare documents, and manage digital workflows
Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, project management, or related field preferred
Smartsheet experience preferred or other project management tool experience
PMP certification is a plus
AI Experience is plus (Copilot)
