Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all HR functions including employee relations, recruitment and hiring processes, and development programs
They will ensure legal compliance in HR practices and manage employee benefits and data effectively
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years of experience in HR administration, training, recruiting, counseling, performance management, and benefits management is required
An associate's, bachelor, or higher degree from an accredited university in a related major is required
Excellent organization and time management skills are required
The highest standards of professionalism and personal integrity are required
Proficiency with Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required
Preferred
Professional certification through SHRM or other professional resources is strongly desired
Experience in supervision is highly desired
Experience with unions is highly desired
Experience in hospitality, food service, or related fields is highly desired
