Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end migration from Oracle on‑prem (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud
Review and validate technical deliverables: integrations, conversion logic, mapping documents, and frameworks
Provide technical oversight across Fusion implementation, integration, and troubleshooting
Define scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
Manage and mentor technical teams across multiple workstreams
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates
Ensure compliance with Fusion security, role mapping, and data governance standards
Identify risks, challenge assumptions, and implement mitigation strategies
Validate test readiness, defect root causes, and technical cutover steps

Required

8–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM modules)
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance/Supply Chain modules and migration strategies
Hands-on expertise with: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF/Visual Builder, Oracle Data Conversion Frameworks, REST/SOAP Web Services, FBDI, ADFdi, HDL
Proven experience in EBS-to-Fusion transformation projects (2–3 implementations minimum)
Strong project planning, execution, and delivery skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred

Oracle certifications (Fusion Cloud, OIC)
Experience managing multi-location/global teams
Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
