Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
Works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service
Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events
Demonstrates solid understanding of Fair Housing
Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
