Entry, Mid LevelSunrise Systems, Inc. is looking for a Data Steward to manage product information and ensure the accuracy of master data. The role involves working with SAP to support production lines and maintain product details across various systems.

Responsibilities
Set up and update product recipes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP
Create and manage change requests for new or modified items in SAP
Check and fix new product setups from our external partners (Genpact) in SAP
Help solve common SAP issues related to product data, like fixing errors in BOMs
Send product recipes to the production system (MES) when needed
Enter and update product details in our central product information systems (like ACS)
Help set up recipes in our Recipe Site system, making sure production details are accurate
Update packaging information in our Access Anywhere system
Keep an eye on emails to ensure external teams have finished their part of the product setup Check product formulas to ensure they match between our technical system (TIMs), SAP, and production needs
Help with basic setup for product trials, ensuring necessary documentation is in place
Attend team meetings to stay updated and provide status reports on your work
Qualification
Required
Strong SAP skills
Experience with SAP Data Management
Ability to set up and update product recipes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP
Experience creating and managing change requests for new or modified items in SAP
Ability to check and fix new product setups from external partners in SAP
Ability to solve common SAP issues related to product data
Experience sending product recipes to the production system (MES)
Ability to enter and update product details in central product information systems
Experience helping set up recipes in Recipe Site system
Ability to update packaging information in Access Anywhere system
Ability to monitor emails and ensure external teams have finished their part of the product setup
Ability to check product formulas for accuracy between technical system, SAP, and production needs
Experience helping with basic setup for product trials
Ability to attend team meetings and provide status reports
Detail-oriented and precise
Ability to follow instructions well
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (like Excel, Outlook)
Ability to communicate clearly with team members
