Sales Director
Elastic Ltd is a U.S.-based technology company specializing in wireless hardware for airborne and mobile platforms. They are hiring a Director of Sales to lead U.S. revenue and customer strategy, driving key customer engagements while guiding account strategy and scaling commercial execution.
Responsibilities
Leading U.S. sales efforts with manufacturers integrating wireless hardware into fielded platforms
Personally owning and closing the most critical opportunities
Setting account strategy around design wins and program expansion
Driving opportunities from early technical evaluation through commercial agreement and production
Working closely with engineering during RF evaluations, testing, and qualification
Coaching and supporting sales or customer-facing resources
Building a high-quality, forecastable pipeline
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of B2B hardware sales experience
Direct experience selling wireless, RF, or radio-based products
Track record of closing complex, technical design-in deals
Experience leading or mentoring sales teams while remaining hands-on
Comfortable working closely with engineers and technical decision-makers
Preferred
Familiarity with platforms that fly or operate remotely is strongly preferred
