Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a group of engineers in light conditioning projects
Develop strategies to optimize light management systems
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to meet project goals
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards
Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting
Communicate project progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in light conditioning or optics
Experience using tools such as MATLAB, Zemax, and LightTools
Experience leading technical teams and managing projects
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Effective communication skills
Problem-solving mindset
Project management experience
Ability to work in diverse, international teams
Knowledge of optical systems and light management
Attention to detail and quality
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety and inclusion
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
