Senior Sales Manager
AG Jeans is a company committed to delivering exceptional quality in denim. They are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic wholesale growth and oversee key accounts while cultivating new business.

Responsibilities
Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales goals
Establish and build strong relationships with wholesale buying teams at department stores and key accounts
Work closely with buying and planning teams to review seasonal budgets and profitability monthly to maintain a healthy business
Manage weekly/seasonal selling analysis and OTB management
Monitor and compile weekly selling analysis and sell through performance by door. Identify reorder, replenishment and swaps to drive in season business
Identify strategies to maximize sales growth and reduce inventory liability
Support operations, logistics and production internally to maintain efficient deliveries and customer service
Maintain knowledge of sales and current market trends within the denim market
Provide the corporate team with ongoing feedback about our performance as well as the competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with luxury/and or contemporary brands. Denim background is a plus
Proven track record of building relationships with department stores and key accounts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Possess high level of analytical and organizational skills with proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
