Dime Community Bank is currently hiring a Treasury Management Intern for its 2026 Summer Internship Program. The internship offers participants the opportunity to engage in daily operations, develop skills in onboarding and troubleshooting banking products, and review internal processes to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

Participating in the daily operations of the Operations, Sales, and Support teams

Developing a full understanding of and participating in onboarding and troubleshooting of commercial online banking and its associated products

Understanding risk, compliance, and security from a Treasury Management Product perspective

Reviewing teams' internal processes and assist with developing improvements to increase efficiency

Required

Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited University/College pursuing degree(s) in Business, Communications, or Technology

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Technical skills with browsers, mobile applications, and social media creation

Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, in Hauppauge, NY
