Responsibilities
Maintain and manage Design Engineering project portfolio schedules across assigned regions and disciplines
Prepare and deliver project scope, schedule, and status reports
Update and maintain project data in STT (Smart Turnaround Tool) using Excel, Access, and Power BI inputs
Facilitate change requests and schedule re-baselining activities
Develop, track, and report performance metrics and KPIs
Support resource planning activities, including LRP, EPEF, and histogram analysis
Analyze financial, operational, and customer performance data
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and executive reports
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align metrics with business goals
Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective and improvement actions
Support teams in defining performance goals, action plans, and progress tracking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 schedule updating and reporting experience
7+ years of experience supporting performance analysis, reporting, or project controls
Strong understanding of WBS structures, activity logic, and schedule relationships in P6
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and large data sets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Preferred
Experience with design engineering and/or construction schedules
Strong Project Controls background
Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Access, and SAP
Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification
