Responsibilities

Provide deskside support for 300–500 staff across a Westchester County school district
Handle daily tickets such as AD/password resets, network issues, smartboard and hardware troubleshooting, imaging labs, Chromebook deployments, and printer/projector fixes
Shift to technical projects and migrations from June to August

Qualification

Active DirectoryHardware troubleshootingBasic networking knowledgeTicketing system experienceCustomer service skillsEagerness to learnCommunication skills

Required

2-3+ years in an IT support role
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software incidents
Experience with Active Directory, resetting passwords and managing user accounts
Basic network understanding; troubleshooting wifi connectivity, understanding of fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, etc
Strong recent experience with queue management, working with a ticketing system
Strong communication, eagerness to learn, and customer service skills
